Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Tunora ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Service

Tunora turns text descriptions and lyrics into songs using AI music models, some of which are operated by third-party providers. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, with reasonable notice where possible.

Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use Tunora. You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything done with your account. Tell us right away about any unauthorized use.

Credits, Plans and Payments

• Creating songs and lyrics uses credits. Current costs are shown before you create and on the pricing page.
• New accounts receive a one-time welcome credit grant. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold.
• Subscription credits are valid for the current month. Yearly plans receive credits month by month. Credit packs are valid for one year.
• If a generation fails, the credits it used are returned automatically.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings and keep access until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Your Content and Songs

• You keep any rights you have in the prompts and lyrics you provide.
• Songs you create while on a paid plan may be used commercially under our Commercial License. Songs created on the free plan are for personal, non-commercial use.
• AI models can produce similar results for similar prompts, so other users may create songs that resemble yours.
• Depending on where you live, purely AI-generated music may not be protected by copyright. We grant you usage rights; we do not promise copyright protection.
• Songs are public by default and may appear on shareable song pages. Paid plans can make songs private. We may feature public songs on Explore and in our marketing.
• You give us the license needed to store, process and display your content so we can run the service.
• Songs are kept while you're subscribed. Without a subscription they are kept for 30 days (90 days if made with credit-pack credits), after which their files are deleted; see the Privacy Policy. Download any song you want to keep.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Ask the service to imitate a real artist's voice, name or likeness.
• Upload audio or submit lyrics you don't have the right to use.
• Create content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes anyone's rights.
• Claim that a song was performed or written by a real person who wasn't involved.
• Abuse the service, including automated access, reselling access, or creating multiple accounts to collect free credits.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on Tunora infringes your rights, email support@tunora.io with the song link, a description of your work and your contact details. We review every notice and remove infringing content.

Termination

You may stop using Tunora and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". AI output is unpredictable, and we don't guarantee that every generation will meet your expectations or be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and notify you of material changes by email or in the app.
