Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains what information Tunora collects when you use our AI music generator, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

• Account information: your name, email address and, if you sign in with Google, your profile picture.
• What you create: prompts, lyrics, style settings and the songs generated for you.
• Payment information: handled by Stripe. We receive the plan, amount and status of your payments, never your full card number.
• Usage and device data: pages visited, features used, IP address, browser and device type, used to run, secure and improve the service.
• Cookies: to keep you signed in, remember your language and, with your consent where required, measure traffic.

How We Use Information

• To create your songs and lyrics and keep them in your library.
• To manage your account, credits and subscription.
• To prevent abuse, such as multiple accounts used to collect free credits.
• To send service emails, such as sign-up verification and receipts.
• To understand how Tunora is used and improve it.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to run Tunora:

• AI music providers receive your prompts, lyrics and settings to generate songs.
• Stripe processes payments.
• Cloudflare hosts the site and stores song files.
• Email and analytics providers send service emails and measure traffic.

We don't sell your personal information.

Public Songs

Songs are public by default: anyone with the link can play them, and we may feature them on Explore. Paid plans can make songs private at any time.

Data Retention

We keep your account while it is active. How long we keep your songs depends on your plan:

• While you have a subscription, we keep all your songs, and for 30 days after it ends.
• Without a subscription, songs are kept for 30 days after you create them, or 90 days if you made them with credit-pack credits. After that their audio and cover files are deleted and the song shows as expired in your library.
• Songs we feature on Tunora (approved or featured on Explore) are kept for as long as we show them.
• When you delete a song it is removed from your library right away, and its files are deleted from storage within 30 days.

When you delete your account, we delete your personal information except what we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

Your Rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your information. Email support@tunora.io and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and encrypted storage for sensitive settings. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Children

Tunora is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

International Transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new date.
